I'm incredibly honored and excited to announce that some of my images have been published in a recent publication by the International Union for Conservation of Nature! It's truly a dream come true to have my images used for scientific purposes to help further the conservation goals of this esteemed union.

Protected areas and ecological connectivity are crucial to stopping biodiversity loss and mitigating climate change. IUCN has published global guidelines recommending formal recognition of ecological corridors to conserve ecosystems and species, and adapt to climate change. You can read the full document by following the link below.

It's a wonderful and critically important read for folks who work in conservation, and is accompanied by many beautiful images of our planet's diverse ecosystems. My images can be found on page 12 in section 2, "The scientific basis for connectivity" (featuring the lovely Savannah Betkowski, on page 13 in section 3, "Towards a common language of connectivity conservation", and on page 19 in section 3, "Ecological networks for conservation".

Thank you so much to my friend Gabriel Oppler for inviting me to submit my images for this important piece of work!
