Toothpaste
6 tablespoons of coconut oil (melted)
6 tablespoons of baking soda
Drops of peppermint essential oils (to preference)
Mix it up until there are no visible clumps of powder and you're good to go! Sometimes I put mine in the fridge to solidify a bit, then give it a second stir to ensure that the baking soda doesn't settle to the bottom.
*This recipe does not work for everyone, listen to your teeth! If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use.

Exfoliating Body Scrub
Make your own body scrub with just a few simple ingredients! Coconut oil, essential oils, and a coarse grain sugar (like cane sugar) are all you need. You will want to balance your sugar to coconut oil ratio so that there isn't too much excess oil, which will end up at the top. Add as many essential oils as you like of your favorite scent! I like to add a little bit of chopped up fresh sage or lavender, too.

Body & Room Sprays
In a small spray bottle, combine water with about 20 drops of your favorite essential oils. Mix and match different scents to create chemical-free sprays for your rooms, clothes, or body! You can even save old perfume bottles or misters and use them for your new spray.
